Do I need to file a TM30 again if my landlord filed one a month ago before my arrival on an ED visa?

ORIGINAL POSTER
Just received an ED visa in Manila. I was informed I need to file a TM30 within 24 hours of arrival. My landlord just filed one for me a month ago when I was on a visa exemption. I have a receipt of notification dated a month ago. When I arrive do I still need to resend in another one?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has received an ED visa and needs clarification on whether a TM30 form needs to be submitted again upon arrival, considering their landlord previously filed one a month ago. It is important to determine if the recent TM30 filing applies to the new visa status.
