TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen married to a Thai national can apply for a Non-Immigrant visa (Non-O) online. While completing the application, choose the Non-Immigrant visa type and select the purpose "To stay with Thai Family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days)" to obtain a 90-day single entry Non-O visa based on marriage.
