I would like to ask community about getting non-o visa (based on marriage) on thai e-visa site. 

I have questions about document I have to upload

3. Document indicating current location

Is it border stamp in passport?

4. Financial evidence

How long is valid? I took mine in a bank on 20 Oct, but going to apply for visa on 7 Nov, do I need new one?

6. Proof of relationship to a family in Thailand 

Should I upload Kor Ror 3 or Kor Ror 2? I can't upload both.

MagentaZebra5680 I understand that it's a statement for last 3 month, but how old this statement can be?

Alexander Rus as you said. “Last” 3 months. So if submitting today you’ll need Aug, sept, Oct or July, Aug, sept if you don’t have the October statement. I basically gave them my last 4 months until present day because the most recent statement was not out yet. Just wanted to show my consistency with balance and income.

If you didn’t hit any of the income requirements “400,000b or monthly deposit of 40,000b” at any time within the 3 months you’ll highly be denied.

3) I though it should be proof of staying in Lao since I have to apply from abroad?

if you are applying in Laos yes your entry stamp. Sorry I'd assumed you were applying at home as you mentioned visiting your bank.

Also your marriage certificate is the kor ror 3

yes, you have to be in Laos if that's where you will apply before clicking on submit. Then you have to travel to the consulate to actually pay, in baht, as neither of the consulates in Laos accept online payment

I am uploading documents now from Thailand, but as I understand I can apply only from abroad.
