What documents does a Brazilian need for the 60-day Covid-19 visa extension at MTT, and where is the office located?

She needs to go close to when her current 90 day entry stamp is expiring because they will start the 60 day covid extension the date she applies (so if she goes too early she will lose those days on her current stamp)

AND

She needs to contact her consulate here and see if they issue the 'embassy letter' asking thai immigrations to issue a covid extension or not. IF the embassy issues it she needs it, if they don't she needs an email or print out showing they don't do it anymore.

Just so she's clear, people on 90 day entry stamps don't have a "regular" 30 day extension like other people who enter without a visa. She either gets this covid extension OR she gets a 7 day stamp to leave the country. There's no middle ground for her

She goes here to Counter K
