TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling with an E visa to Thailand, you do not need to present your passport upon receiving the visa. The E visa is processed electronically, and the email you receive is considered your visa. It is important to print out the visa and present it to immigration upon arrival in Thailand.

It's called e-visa for a reason. It's all done electronically. The email they send you IS your visa. Print out the visa and take it with you and present it to immigration when you arrive at passport control.

Right, no more full page sticker. They will just do a

page stamp when you enter, and write "e-visa" underneath the stamp. And then another
***
page stamp (usually next to the entry stamp) for your exit.
