What documents do I need to provide for a DTV visa application as a foreign business owner in Thailand?

Help!!! We applied and had a long list come back of things that were not explained to us. I am an Australian living in the US with a US business. My wife is Indian and is a british citizen and my son was born in Malaysia and is also a United Kingdom citizen. We are currently in Malaysia and came both with a long list of things needed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is explained clearly by the embassy on what they wanted. You must provide everything requested by them or else you will not get DTV 🤣

You said you have a business but you haven't said how you would remotely/online operate this business. I think the document requests pretty much speak for themselves. A lease agreement in Thailand. As a business owner you would write an employment contract with yourself and you will need to specifically state that you can work remotely in Thailand without any interaction with type businesses or customers. They want to see the registration etc of your business and the final couple of items pretty much speak for itself.

The Thai embassy in Malaysia is known to be very difficult and to ask for tons of extra documents that is hard to get.  Try your best to get them, but most likely if you can’t, they will reject your application
