Since you don't have a remote work contract, you have to make sure to use a detailed portfolio and write a cover letter explaining your situation in detail.

Every embassy won't accept your application, so check with Ross or other people who have applied without employment contracts, to see where they got approved.

I work on Upwork, I just shown invoices, projects (active) and had DTV approved (I did use an agent)

However, from Fiverr, payments arrive on PayPal and from PayPal to my bank account. So, in my bank account, is written "money received from John Doe." I'm worried about this.

Probably invoices, matched to income in your bank account. Helps if you can show you pay tax too

It’ll be prove of a portfolio of projects you have finished for clients - probably added via PDF

And you’ll likely to be asked to show the invoices from your clients
