Hello all, I am planning to apply for the workation DTV in Hong Kong. I have the 500K in the bank and a remote work contact. However, I mostly get paid via Wise and Alipay for my remote job. Can I just show screenshots of the transactions of those apps for my proof of income? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is seeking advice on whether screenshots of transactions from Wise and Alipay can be used as proof of income for their workation DTV visa application in Hong Kong, given that they also have the required 500K in the bank. Community responses indicate that while the bank account statement is mandatory, the additional documentation from Wise and Alipay might not be accepted as primary proof. Some suggest writing an explanation letter and checking with the consulate for specific requirements.

If you have 500k in the bank, you should obviously show Wise and other platforms’ data as additional documents to prove your source of funds. (bank+ wise/alipay, not only wise/alipay, bank is mandatory)

Neither of these are banks so may not be acceptable. Best to check with the consulate
