Hi guys so I made my application as business owner in uk basically a glorified employment agency with a few extras in, insurance, paper work (rams) all able.to be done remotely and I get asked for additional docs which I was fully aware I would, point one yes can answer...im sole director....2nd point....i have many contracts running ? Shall I just pdf a few copies into one document so they see my company is dealing with blue chip clients in uk?.....3rd point I'm just going to get my accountant to write a letter confirming what I do and I can do it remotely along with payslip and dividends taken.....will this do? Covering letter i will do on company headed paper.

Long one I agree If this not.possible and rejected can I just then go for thai elite visa without any hassle?

If you can help with any of the above from previous experience then great.

Rg

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is seeking advice on additional documentation for their Thai business visa application, emphasizing their position as a sole director of a UK-based company that operates remotely. They mention providing contracts with blue-chip clients, requesting their accountant’s verification of their work, and whether a detailed covering letter on company letterhead would suffice. Community members suggest including various documents like a letter from the accountant, certificates of incorporation, and evidence of income. Additionally, they inquire about the option of applying for a Thai Elite Visa if their application is rejected.

Did you reupload mate? How long does it take them to go back over the docos? Where do you re-send the extra docs they requested?

Yes make a pdf with the different documents into one file. Many others have reported they keep getting asked for more files that have already submitted and the conclusion many people came to is the website is only uploading and submitting the last file and not actually uploading multiple files

You should be fine, I made a little portfolio on canva, showing images of what I do, as well as screen grabs of incoming payments and monthly takings etc.

and I wrote a cover letter myself, explaining my business and clearly stating I wouldn’t conduct my business in person in Thailand, or with Thai customers in Thailand. I think they like it if you reiterate that you’re not going to do anything they don’t want you to do there. London embassy was super quick and easy to deal with for me

It may sound crazy - but a letter from yourself as director , to yourself, confirming that you are able to work remotely and that there will be no Thai clients & that all work complies with the laws of all countries, including Thailand will suffice.

But I’d also ask the accountant for payslip and dividends taken and you’ll be fine. Really does sound crazy, but works

Think I've cracked it guys spent all morning

Have companies house doc stating 100% my limited company.

Showcased a letter what we do added PO's and old contract (confidentiality)

Covering letter stating just work remotely around the world love thai land people culture etc and not effect thai people or thai laws,

Accountant letter with my payslip and end of year tax return showing dividends.

If this don't work then it's Thai elite I can't do any more!

He’s a sole trader, not a director, so I don’t think he can write in that manner?

As a company director I just provided the certificate of incorporation since I can’t write my own letter.

They then requested my self assessment for that tax year.
