90 days report

Hey guys, so, to get it clear.

1) that 90 days report thing is completely unrelated to the topic of extending visas, right ?

2) And it means that every 90 days I have to do that, as long as I am in Thailand ?

3) Can I do it online ? If so, where and what to know ?

4) what is the cost ?

5) I will reach the 90th day of stay on Wednesday 9th of March, meaning it has to be completed on Tuesday 8th max ?

Thx a lot for your help :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report is a requirement for foreigners staying in Thailand and is unrelated to visa extensions. You must submit this report every 90 days while in Thailand, with the option to do it online or in person. If you're reporting for the first time, you must do it in person. The reporting can be completed online via the immigration web portal or specific mobile applications. There is no cost for submitting the report, but failing to submit it on time may result in a fine of 2,000 THB. For your situation, the report needs to be completed by the 9th of March.

As this seems to be your first 90 day report you must do it in person.

This 90 Day Report Calculator is nifty, if you are using Android -

The only charge is the fine if you're late reporting!

90 day reporting is independent to visa extensions, etc.

It can be done online, but your first one must be done in person (or by mail) to get your details “in the system”. Once done you can do later ones online.

There is no charge for a 90 day report.

The report can be done in person 15 days prior up to 7 days after due date.

Online it can be done 15 days prior up until due date.

What visa are you currently on?

>that 90 days report thing is completely unrelated to the topic of extending visas, right ?

Yes.

>And it means that every 90 days I have to do that, as long as I am in Thailand ?

To submit it in person, you have a window from 15 days before it's due to 7 days after the due date. To submit it on line, you have a window of 15 days before the due date up to the due date. For mail, contact your local immigration office.

>Can I do it online ? If so, where and what to know ?

use one of the following three applications:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

tm47.immigration.go.th

Android eServices application;

Free. Not submitting the 90 day report will result in a fine of 2K THB the next time you attempt to acquire an extension of stay.

>I will reach the 90th day of stay on Wednesday 9th of March, meaning it has to be completed on Tuesday 8th max ?

It has to be completed by Wednesday 9th of March.

However, if this is your first extension of stay, you should have received a small slip in your passport that looks like that attached. What extension of stay did you acquire? If you got a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, did you ask the 90 day reporting desk what the policy is?
