Hello, I plan to apply for a DTV visa in Laos as a freelancer. I have been working for a company for 2 months, earning around 400€ from real estate. Is my work experience and salary sufficient? Are these factors considered when applying for the visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a DTV visa in Laos as a freelancer, there are no specific income requirements or minimum length of employment mandated. Instead, immigration authorities typically focus on your financial stability and available funds. It's recommended to have sufficient savings to cover at least 6 months of living expenses, along with a portfolio of your work and possibly past client references to strengthen your application. While a tax return may also be requested, your recent income and work duration are less critical in this context.

No income requirements, and length of employment not officially a requirement either, surely you have a portfolio and list of past clients to enhance your application. As well you'll definitely need to show funding requirement ideally for 6+ months and it's very possible they may ask for your tax return.

There is no income requirement for DTV. I think they would be more interested and focused on your available funds / savings considering that you’ve only been working for the company for 2 months.
