Anyone managed to buy things on Lazada? Without a Thai bank account it's a real PITA. My foreign Credit Card get rejected. It used to work a couple of weeks ago. Customer support has been unhelpful.

sometimes the security check on the card can cause an issue. But some shops allow cash on delivery. Or, in the meantime, see if a friend can help you and give the payment to them.

Also, if you haven't already, check with your card to make sure they didn't reject the attempt to connect it to the app. They might have auto flagged it as fraud or something.

It worked for me two weeks ago. Now none of my cards work, payment gets rejected every single time. I use two different cards from two different regions, none of them work. I can use them on bolt and grab though.

Anonymous participant 941 Shopee doesn't work for me. It seems they have old accounts and new accounts. New accounts can't even pay via QR code and Moreta pay. Lazarda is pretty easy with international debit cards.

That’s unfortunate. Personally, I’ve never had any issues using any of my cards on either platform. These days, I much prefer using Shopee — the search function consistently brings up the best results and top-selling stores right on the first page. With Lazada, I often have to scroll through pages of listings before I find the popular, high-rated shops
