Sorry not a VISA question but I am deperate for anyone who has the USA adoption regulation or a link. -- it is part of the international adoption Geneva Agreement -- yes I did ask at the embassy -- but I am running out of time -- anyone??? thanks for your patience . I'm sure some of you have already needed this. and apologies again for wasting anyone's time reading this. :)
