I've got a notice from my embassy to pick up my daughters passport in Bangkok headoffice.
What are the restrictions traveling from Chiang Mai to BKK and back to Chiang Mai by car?
Thank you for answering.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Chiang Mai to Bangkok by car is considered an essential trip, so travelers should fill out the online travel authority form. However, there may be curfews in place if passing through dark red provinces along the route. Some travelers suggest using postal services for passport collection to avoid travel altogether.

It can be classified as an essential trip. So fill in the travel authority form online and you'll be ok. Just be aware that if you travel through any dark red provinces in your way there will be a curfew in place
Will the Screenshot be enough or do i need a printed paper?

PM Tangerine. Screenshot. If anyone wants to check it, they'll scan the barcode. Note that you can only complete the Online form on the day your are travelling as there's no facility to select a date, and the QR code will probably expire
