hi Everyone 

Is it possible to drive from BKK to Phnom Penh now? As i want go there to apply my non-b visa and visit Phnom Penh for a week...

On return, do i need to apply thai pass again ? and how about the first night sha+ hotel? just randomlly find one around the border or?

Land border is not open and yes you'll need everything to come back thai pass,test and go and insurance but you can wait until May and see what changes

There are no land borders open to tourists in Northern Thailand.

Also EVERYONE entering Thailand needs a Thailand Pass and to meet the requirements to apply for one.
