TLDR : Answer Summary
When setting up a company in Thailand with one English, one Russian, and one Thai director, it's crucial to ensure compliance with local regulations, as Thai law requires a majority of Thai nationals in company directorship. It's advisable to consult a legal expert, such as Siam Legal, for detailed guidance. Additionally, engaging a lawyer familiar with Thai business practices can help navigate potential challenges. Be aware of the risks involved in investing in foreign markets, and ensure thorough planning and research before proceeding.

My advice, don’t invest in anything in Thailand that you can’t afford to lose and walk away from .
