What are the steps to notarize company documents for a DTV visa from Moscow while working remotely for a foreign company?

Hi everyone!

For those of you working remotely for a company registered outside Russia, I have a question about the supporting documents.

I was told that my company documents need to be notarized. However, when I contacted the embassy, they told me that I would need to go to the respective country where the company is registered to get the documents notarized before I can apply.

Has anyone faced the same situation? How did you manage to get your documents notarized or legalized without travelling to the company’s country?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or advice from people who have successfully applied for a DTV visa from Moscow while working for a foreign company.

I been running here and there for two week from office to office and nothing seems to work.
