TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew a retirement visa in Phuket, applicants need to provide a letter from their bank along with two months of bank statements, a copy of all pages of their bankbook, one passport-sized photo, a printed photo of themselves in front of their house (or condo) with a map, copies of all previous visa pages in their passport, and their TM6 form. The process takes approximately 10 minutes, and there is a fee of 1,900 baht for the renewal.

Yeah. This year I'm going to bring a picture of me in front of my condo along with the map (CW in Bangkok) . . . just in case.
