TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 and hold a valid recovery certificate may face complications upon entry to Thailand, particularly regarding day 1 and day 5 COVID tests. Although the recovery certificate may exempt entry, positive test results on arrival can lead to additional quarantine requirements, causing confusion within the expat community.

If you get a recovery certificate which is valid and gives exemption to fly, shouldnt it also be valid for a day
thats my understanding ..But someone in an other group is saying seen a lot of reports of people being quarantined day 2 and 5 even with a recovery memo and even tho these rules just kicked in.. scaremongering
