Hi, I have 4 year membership at a Muay Thai gym and have applied for the DTV visa with that. But I don’t think the gym is registered with sport authority of Thailand. Has anyone actually been rejected as I haven’t seen that yet?

Your gym must have proper licenses or you'll be denied if you can't provide tax forms and license that is paid up to date. Fight EVO360 Thailand - Thepprasit Boxing Stadium Sharon has all the paperwork abd licenses needed, done over 50 with 100% acceptance rate. If your in pattaya area that's the solution. Beware if your gym has the licenses but has not paid everything up to date then their paperwork will be rejected - guy in USA just had it happen.

You will most likely be DENIED the DTV visa. There are specific requirements for the Muay Thai training gym to meet and submit with your DTV Visa Application.
Choose one gym which already has successfully helped getting the DTV Visa.
Sadly, you have chosen to ignore the advice of many on this forum to only use a gym experienced with the DTV visa.

Read this, it's not about rejection but is from a gym that has helped numerous people get the DTV.
