I'm trying to apply for a DTV visa for soft Sports (Muay thai). And I have some questions:

- Occupation: Is there any problem for saying unemployed? Is It better to Mark employed? Or any other option is better?

- Date of departure: It has to be any Date before I have spent 180 days in Thailand?

- Accomodation in Thailand: contact telephone, is the the telephone fron the hostel?

- Is there any problem if I Cross yes on the question ¿Have you asked before for a Thai visa? (I requested time ago for a tourist visa)

- Document indicating current location: What can I upload?

- Financial evidente: Is It okay a bank statement of an spanish bank account or does It need to be Thai?

- Proof of confirmation to attend the activity: Can It be any Muay Thai gym from Thailand, what Document I need from them?

Thank you!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post contains questions regarding the application process for a DTV visa for soft sports (Muay Thai) in Thailand. Key concerns include declaring unemployment, appropriate dates of departure, accommodation details, previous visa applications, proof of current location, and acceptable financial evidence. The responses clarify that declaring unemployment is fine as long as sufficient savings are shown, there's flexibility regarding the departure date, and users should engage with recognized gyms that support DTV applications for the necessary proof to attend activities. Additionally, a Spanish bank statement is acceptable if translated into English.

1. No there isn’t, but ensure you have sufficient savings amount. If you’re employed, put employed but be prepared to provide same proof as workcation too; payslips etc.

2. Departure date can be any date, but yes advise within 180 days.

3. Yes correct.

4. No, be honest -

they can see previous applications anyway.

5. depends on where you are applying from (if home country, use utility bill; if other country, can be visa entry stamp in passport, or hotel/airbnb confirmation)

6. A Spanish bank statement is fine, but if it’s in Spanish, translate it online, to English- people have been successful doing this method online.

7. it can be from the gyms which offer directly DTV support - be sure to use one who has proven approval rates to avoid refusals and loss of application fee. One i can remember off the top of my head, is Muay Thai Fever Gym - though this is located in Chiang Mai.

Please try to do some research into the group, I have answered every question of yours, but all the answers to your questions will already be in the group answered previously too.

Good luck.
