What are the requirements for renewing a Non-O visa extension using the 800K method in Thailand?

Today I visit Jomtien Soi 5 to renew my extension of stay Non-O 50 up

This year I changed from embassy letter (Holland) to the 800 K method

As extra I needed to bring copy to proof my income next to the usual things, today extremely busy for me.
