Making plans (US passport) for trip to Yangon via Chiang Mai from Udon Thani. Need to get a 30 day visa exempt. Anyone have any experience with Chiang Mai Immigration. I can take 20K baht or US $. Will I need anything else like proof of onward travel and hotel reservations. If so, no problem.
