Answer summary
Once your Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) is approved, you generally need to check in with immigration every 90 days. Additionally, travelers are advised to leave and re-enter Thailand within 180 days to maintain their visa status. There may also be informal requirements such as proving sufficient funds upon entry, though experiences vary.
