Hi there! I'm very happy to have found this page as Visa information can be hard to find on Internet!

I'm looking for information about ED Visa for a student from france with a Moroccan passport.

I'm doing my internship in a internship placement agency and I am in contact with this student that really wants to come to do his internship in Thailand (or Vietnam)

Immigration are stricter on some countries for visa exemption only.. if he qualifies for an Education visa,he will get one. It has NOTHING to do with his nationality or race.. you're giving fake doubts now. As i said ,in this case ,dont overthink it.

Okay, but Thai immigration can be stricter for some countries more than others. We don't want to give fake hopes to the students we find internships for

Nationality is irrelevant..

I studied Thai with a French Moroccan who had an internship here. Dont overthink it.

Thats not totally correct. There are plenty of overseas uni students here on internships as part of their degree. Tell him to speak to his Uni. They should kmow this. Lots of French students here studying in France and doing 3 months internships here for foreign owned companies. They cant pay you anything though.

He has to be enrolled at a Thai university to be able to do an internship in Thailand.. So, this makes it complicated!

He can apply at any Thai consulate. He will need paperwork from the compamy thats interning him.

Different consulates have different requirements so the best thing is for him to talk to them .

Yes in a company in Thailand, but can he apply for Visa easily? And does he have to apply in Morocco or can he apply in Paris for example? :)

I know Thai Embassy can be quite strict with some countries sometimes
