Has anyone applied for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) at the Jakarta embassy? How long do I need to keep the baht 500,000 in my bank account before applying? Can I still apply if the funds have only been there for one week? Please share your experience!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers on applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) at the Jakarta embassy, specifically regarding the requirement for maintaining a minimum balance of 500,000 baht in a bank account. Users share experiences indicating that a minimum of three months is often required, but some assert that there is no strict seasoning requirement in Jakarta and that applicants can apply with their funds without having them in the account for an extended period. It is recommended to submit six months of bank statements to prevent complications.

I already know the information from the website, but in the real application process, I saw in this group that some people didn't keep the 500,000 baht in their account for 3 months. So I just want to confirm again. Thanks 🙏

There is no seasoning requirement in Jakarta as many posts confirm You can apply with your funds. Submit 6 months of bank statements to avoid requests for more.
