I would like to ask for permission from the group admin to post and seek some advice regarding the DTV visa.

I am currently looking into applying for a DTV visa for my boyfriend, and I recently contacted a visa agent for information.

My situation is that we do not currently have the required 500,000 THB in funds. However, the agent informed us that it may still be possible by using a sponsor bank guarantee arrangement, although there would be an additional service fee involved.

I would like to ask if anyone here has had experience with a similar situation or has used this type of arrangement before. If so, were you able to successfully obtain the DTV visa?

While it's theoretically possible to sponsor someone it normally has to be an immediate family member such as a parent or a spouse. It's unlikely they would accept a girlfriend as a sponsor

500k is the main requirement so the chances of being denied are high. Paying for such a service isn’t following the legal process.
