I applied in Berlin and received approval two weeks ago.
It's true that they are pedantic, but once you provide them with all the necessary documents, they approve without a problem.

You can't pick and choose the consulate you use. You have to apply via the consulate that serves the location where you live

First you need to come to Thailand and get thoroughly assessed by a hospital. If that hospital is approved for DTV they will give you a fully evaluated treatment plan for a period of no less than 1 year . You then leave Thailand and apply

I already visited a clinic in Thailand on multiple occasions. But that is a small clinic, and not a big hospital.James ********

Anonymous participant with medical diagnosis and treatment plan for your condition from a Thai doctor and hospital outlining their actions for your medical care needs for now and in the coming year etc...their Thai medical license for the doctor and hospital. In my opinion, avoid the small street clinics.
