ORIGINAL POSTER
Did my annual Non O retirement extension at Hua Hin Office yesterday. The process is now surprisingly easy at this office. Documents required were,

TM7 Application Form with photo

Copy of Passport pages (Details,Visa, latest extension & entry stamp)

Copy of TM30

Bank Book & copy of all pages

Bank Certification letter

12 months Bank Statements (showing 65k+ foreign transfer each month)

Credit Advice for all transfers

All the other documents I had prepared (Income Statement, Copy Yellow Book, Map) were not required.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user recently shared their experience renewing their annual Non O retirement extension at the Hua Hin Immigration Office, stating that the process is now surprisingly easy. They listed the required documents, including the TM7 application form, copies of various passport pages, a TM30, bank documents, and proof of monthly transfers, while noting that other typically required documents were not necessary. I've reopened this post as another forum member has a question...

"The mod turned off replies to Peter’s last post but I didn’t understand his comment of “Credit advice for all transfers”. What is this? Have not heard of this being required for non-O extensions."
