TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the recent changes to Thailand's quarantine and testing requirements, highlighting a misunderstanding regarding the removal of quarantine and the necessity of an ATK test upon arrival. The responses clarify that travelers must still book a hotel for a one-night stay under the Test N Go program and take a PCR test at the airport, and that changes have been retracted, with recent policies due to the Omicron variant affecting entry protocols.

No changes for Test N Go plan. You must book Test N Go hotel one night.

The government retracted their decision to remove the pcr test on arrival. The only change that got approved was the for 7day quarantine is now 5 days. Everything else stayed the same. So if you are fully vaccinated and are from the approved countries then you still need to book a 1 night test and go package.

They never approved it. You still need to book the hotel and take the PCR test on arrival.
