TLDR : Answer Summary
Concerns about complications with the Soft Power application for Thai boxing appear to be unfounded, as multiple commenters report smooth approvals for the Muay Thai Soft Power visa. They emphasize the importance of enrolling in a certified school and ensuring all necessary documents are in order. It is also noted that maintaining engagement with the training program and adhering to fight timelines helps avoid issues.
The other replies say it all... Make sure you apply with both a Muay Thai gym which has successful track record of providing the important documents and helped its students obtain the DTV visa....
AND use the Thai Embassy or Consulate where the school recommends.
Anonymous participant 292 true some people have used a non government approved Muay Thai school that's the issue. Better TI check in the search bar here for schools that have been successful. Typical though people thinking they can just do as they want 😂 there are rules but people always trying to short cut or pay less money. You get what you pay for in Thailand
