Visa from Vientiane: Arrived in Thailand on a TR visa in January. Have been here ever since, doing border runs. Have one more land border crossing remaining this year.

What are the chances of obtaining a 60-day TR Visa from the Thai embassy in Vientiane?

And what documents will I need? Proof of funds? Temporary residence? And how long might it take? Thanks.

Most of the Thai embassies in the region are only allowing one addition tourist visa. So if you arrived with one and haven't gotten another one, they may still sell you one.

All of your other questions are answered on the embassy website.

Thanks. There are no appointment slots until August. Do you know whether the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh allow walk in appointments? There is no online appointment link.
