Hi there..

I lived and worked in Bkk for many years, working at The Nation..blah blah...came back to the UK to take care of aged mum for seven years.

Now I want to move back to Thailand (Hua Hin) and researching the best way to obtain a 90 day Non O visa while here in the UK...i have read so much conflicting advice about the process, so if anyone in the know can shed some real light on this i would be eternally grateful. Cheers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on how to obtain a 90-day Non-O visa to move back to Thailand after several years in the UK. They mention conflicting advice they've encountered during their research. A comment suggests using the e-visa system and applying for the pensioner retirement option for a stay not exceeding 90 days.

What conflicting information? There's only one way to get a visa. Apply through the e-visa system. Choose the pensioner retirement over 50 option for stay not more than 90 days. Done.
