The post seeks advice on transporting a French Bulldog from Australia to Thailand, with contributors sharing insights on suitable airlines, pet travel services like Relo4paws and petraveller, and regulations regarding dog breeds allowed in Thailand. Key concerns include the safety of brachycephalic breeds during transit and confirmation that French Bulldogs can be imported into Thailand.

Jon Hartley . . some breeds are forbidden to import into Thailand. You should use Google search to find out if a French Bulldog is permitted to be brought to Thailand
well I guess since a french bulldog is a small dog, it is allowed to be brought to Thailand. The Staffordshire Terrier breeds and American Pitbull breeds are banned from import, as well as any of their crossbreeds

Use petraveller, they will organise it for you.

I once researched taking our brachycephalic dog, a boxer, on a plane. No carrier would accept these types of dogs for transit. I hope that has changed. Following.
