Hi
@Tod ********
, Penang is single or multi with proof of finances?

multiple

There was a report that the thai consulate in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam will issue a Non-O multi-entry with no proof if finances.

Phnom Penh won't issue anything but a 90 day single entry and Penang wants you to show proof of finances.
