What are the best cooking course options in Thailand for obtaining a Soft DTV visa?
Hi everyone, could you please give me some advice on courses to get the Soft DTV? I'm currently in Samui, and I'm at a loss with all these online offers. I'd like to actually understand the course that costs me the least. I'd be more interested in cooking than Muay Thai, but anything is fine. Thanks.
Answer summary
The conversation discusses options for obtaining a Soft DTV visa while seeking cooking courses in Thailand, particularly from someone currently in Samui. Suggestions include considering the cost-effectiveness of various courses, noting that serious learners might prioritize educational value over price. A specific recommendation for a cooking school in Phuket, 'House of Taste Thai Cooking School', is shared, while others are encouraged to explore workcation opportunities that allow for online work to offset expenses.

For cooking schools that can provide visa documents for you, there are some in Phuket

I don’t have any recommendations for Krabi, but I really like the school here. I recommend this place to everyone whenever someone asks about cooking schools.Robert *******
IF you really want to learn, the price should not matter.
BUT if you worried about costs, try the purpose workcation.
No need to pay schools AND most important allowed to work on-line to gain some income
