TLDR : Answer Summary
There are currently no Thai language courses that sponsor the DTV visa; such courses typically require an ED visa instead. For those looking to learn Thai, it's advised to either pursue an approved scheme while studying the language or consider alternative options like cooking classes for DTV eligibility.
Thai Language learning is not part of softpower. you can probably try student visa...or if you really need DTV, then try for Thai Cooking classes.

What is your passport nation?
Where are you now located?
What is your recent history of staying or entering Thailand?
Why do you want to get the DTV visa?

None... do your research. Thai language is an Ed Visa not for the DTV visa.

That’s an ED visa, not a DTV.

Thai language is not an approved soft power entry scheme. You could sign up for some other approved scheme and then do your Thai language on top of that.

There are ZERO Thai language courses that sponsor the DTV visa
If you want to learn Thai you have to get the regular Ed visa
