What are the average processing times for DTV applications at different US consulates?

Longest time it took to get approved? Shortest time? Slowest/fastest consulate in the US? Chicago is the one I had to pick, I submitted my DTV app on 3/4 and I'm still waiting. Haven't had any request for add'l documents, just shows "pending document check"Edit: Guess I spoke too soon, just got an email they want a copy of my resume' - I'm nervous

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the varying processing times for DTV visa applications at different US consulates, with specific experiences from applicants. The original poster submitted their application in Chicago and initially faced delays, while comments reveal diverse experiences: one applicant reported approval from Chicago in one day after a resume request, another mentioned a month-long process in Los Angeles, and additional delays experienced at the DC consulate requiring multiple document requests.

DC took over a month. Asked me for docs 3 times, they finally approved after an interview over the phone.
