 it says if you have already got the requirements, definitely worth checking them out for a quote, I've never used them, but I've heard of them, and I think they have got an office in Pattaya.

 shop around in Pattaya, the price for a first time retirement visa seems to vary a lot, I've heard anything from ฿23,000 all the way Upto ฿40,000, but the renewal seems to be ฿13,000 to ฿15,000 so go around and get a few quotes.

I have heard good things about the visa agent on Soi Post Office (around soi 13 beach road, Pattaya).

I use the visa agent on Soi 6 Beach Road (Pattaya). I have used them several times.
