TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the cost of hiring an immigration agent to assist with obtaining a retirement visa in Thailand for a UK citizen. Various commenters speculate on the potential fees, suggesting that first-time applicants might pay between 29,000 to 30,000 THB, with subsequent years costing around 12,000 to 15,000 THB, especially if the applicant lacks the necessary funds in a Thai bank account. Some commentators criticize the initial poster for vague wording, while others provide helpful insights into the visa process and agent recommendations in Pattaya.

Easiest thing in the world to qualify. You only need 500,000 THB in a bank account anywhere. The rest of the criteria is bs

There is no set price for anything in Thailand concerning an agent, I doubt there would be anywhere.

I think that he means a price to help him circumnavigate the Thai immigration financial requirements for obtaining a retirement visa.

I think what he's looking for is an extension of permission to stay based on retirement. First thing needed is a 90 day non-imm O then apply for the above. If you do not have the funds you'll have to try an agent, plenty in Pattaya.

it seems he is doing it for the first time, ฿12k to ฿15k is only for a 12 month extension, it seems to be around ฿30k for the first time, 90 day non O + 12 month extension = 15 months this is in Pattaya, assuming he is talking about a retirement visa, he doesn't actually say 🤷😂🤣😂
