After all the recent news, is Phuket sandbox still untouched?

I leave Heathrow on the 11th, arrive on the 12th in Phuket, have a Phuket sandbox pass and TR visa already approved and 7 days sha+ hotel & PCR tests booked.

So I should be ok right?🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
Despite recent news about rising COVID-19 cases and some restrictions, the consensus is that the Phuket Sandbox program remains operational for travelers arriving soon. Confirmed updates state that existing bookings and approvals, such as the TR visa and necessary health protocols, still apply without immediate concern as of the most recent announcements.

I’m in Phuket now and bars are open as normal. I’ve spoke to owners and they’ve not told me of any early closures!

As of today yes you're fine. Given the announcement that they are adding 3 new sandboxes next week I would bet that phuket will remain fine.

Today’s announcement does not affect the Phuket sandbox. No idea what tomorrow, or the days before the 12th will tell. Cross your fingers.
