I work as a remote worker for a group of companies in US through an HR firm in Malaysia.

The HR firm is providing me with documents for DTV application, because it is with them I signed a contract with for that specific assignment. My question is, in my CV, will I put my HR firm as my employer?

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The main question is whether to list the HR firm as the employer on a CV when working remotely for a company in the US. One comment suggests that the company providing your payment and tax documents should be listed as the employer.
