TLDR : Answer Summary
The attendance requirement for cooking schools under Thailand's soft power option is not strictly defined by the schools themselves. One individual reports that a school mentioned a schedule of two classes per week but did not specify a minimum duration. However, there are regulations indicating a minimum of six months for any DTV (Digital Tourist Visa) course. Additionally, it was noted that previously, 10,000 education visas were cancelled for lack of attendance and proper attendance records, suggesting that regular attendance is important to avoid issues with visa compliance.

Currently no, but they cancelled 10,000 education visas a few months back for lack of attendance and no attendance records. Expect the same to happen with the DTV.
