TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no grace period for submitting the 90-day report online or via the app. It must be completed between 15 days before the due date and the due date itself. However, if submitted by traditional mail, it can be done 15 days before the due date. In-person submissions can be made between 15 days before and 7 days after the due date.

To make it complete :

No grace period if using the app or online, it must be done between 15 days before and due date.

It can be done 15 days before due date by old fashioned mail.

OR

between 15 days before and 7 days after due date in person at the Immigration Office.

Thanks for the quick reply! I submitted my report this morning. (the 9th) My 90 days runs up tomorrow (the 10th). Tomorrow is Sunday though. I cut it too close for comfort this time around.
