Is the Thai SETV system only able to show the first page of uploaded PDFs?

Is it normal that the Thai SETV system only shows the first page of PDFs?

Hey guys,

I’m applying for the Thai tourist visa (SETV) online and I’m really confused about the document upload system.

I’m doing everything from my phone (no computer available), and here’s what happened:

• I uploaded my round-trip flight ticket in one single PDF (page 1 = departure, page 2 = return).

• I also uploaded my bank statement: page 1 with the balance, then the following pages with my transactions for the last 3 months.

• But then I got an email saying that my return flight was “missing” and also that my 3-month transactions were “missing.”

The problem is that when I hit the preview button in their portal, it only shows me the first page of the PDF. I assumed the agent could download and see the whole PDF on their side… but it looks like they only check the first page??

Now I’m stuck because:

• How the hell am I supposed to put a full bank statement (3 months of transactions) into one single page? That’s literally impossible unless I photoshop a collage.

• I already uploaded complete documents, but they still asked me again as if I didn’t.

Is this normal? Can the officers actually download and see the full PDF, or do they really only check page 1? Anyone else had the same issue doing the application from mobile?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with the Thai online SETV application, particularly regarding the document upload system, where only the first page of their uploaded PDFs is visible. They report that important documents like their round-trip flight ticket and bank statement are not being fully reviewed. In response, users suggest merging PDF files and question the necessity of applying for a tourist visa when a visa-exempt option exists.

Hmm. Why not enter with no visa for 60 days.

Why are you applying for the 60 days tourist visa when you can arrive on a 60 days visa exempt for free? Your status on arrival will be exactly the same, a tourist.

You need to use one of the free apps and merge all pdf,'s into a single file and upload that.
