For filing TM30, we used the Section 38 app. Is that app also updated? We are not able to login to it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Section 38 app used for filing TM30 is currently not functioning, and users are unable to log in. Following a system renewal on September 15, the previous web system and app have been replaced by a new website for TM30 registration. Users need to register again on the new site, which is currently not accessible. However, individuals who filed a TM30 three years ago do not need to refill unless they have changed their address.

As mentioned, the previous website &application are not working anymore and we were sent a new link to register the TM30. But as far as I know, there is no app anymore, only the new website.

Attention Members:

TM30 system renewal

As you can see on the login screen of the current TM30 web system ( and in the email sent to the registered address), the web system will be replaced on 15 Sep.

You will need to register again at the new website on or after 15 September
