*Re-entry permit from DM Airport*

Hi All,

I walked by the Re-entry counter at DM airport just after passort control, and asked the officers if it was open 24/7.

They confirmed it was opened everyday albeit there was sometimes no staff available between 1:30am to 3am.

FYI

Cheers,

Thomas.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Re-entry Permit Counter at Don Mueang Airport is generally open every day, including 24/7 availability. However, there may be times when no staff are present, particularly between 1:30 AM and 3 AM. It's important to note that while both Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports have 24/7 counters, staffing may vary depending on the presence of outgoing international flights.

Did you get the re-entry stamp after the exit stamp or before?

I know it doesn't make sense to get stamped OUT of thailand first and then go buy a re-entry permit BUT that's how it 's done at Don Mueang..

Re-entry room is right behind passport control. You will get exit stamp first.

While both Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi have
****
re-entry permit counters if there's no outgoing international flights at DM they don't staff it, but they will round someone up IF you're flying out.
