Yes, you can leave Thailand on the same day your visa stamp expires, as long as you exit before 11:59 PM on that date. Doing so will prevent you from going into overstay.

As long as you stamp out of thailand by 11:59PM on the date your stamp runs out you won't go on 'overstay'.

So if your stamp expires today and you're leaving today you're fine..
