TLDR : Answer Summary

You can remain in Thailand until the expiration date of your visa stamp. As long as you exit the country by 11:59 PM on the expiration date, you will not be considered as overstaying your visa.

As long as you stamp out of thailand by 11:59PM on the date your stamp runs out you won't go on 'overstay'.

So if your stamp expires today and you're leaving today you're fine..
