TLDR : Answer Summary
The NON-O visa is valid for entry into Thailand for 90 days from the approval date. Although it is dated with the approval date, you have a 90-day window to enter the country. Upon entry, you will receive a stamp that grants you a 90-day stay in Thailand, regardless of how much time remains on the visa's validity.

Yes it's a bit confusing at first but don't panic, you get stamped at the airport for 90 days on arrival, I would print off a copy of your visa, you will not need it but just in case, it's all on there computers,

You have 90 days to enter.

You will be granted a 90 day stamp on arrival regardless of how long is left on your visas validity.

It's valid for 3 months to enter the country. Then it's void. On entry you get stamped in for a 90 day stay.

No. You'll be fine. The visa is valid for use to enter Thailand for 90 days from the date of issue. Once you enter Thailand within that period you will be stamped in for 90 days with the day you enter being day 1.
