Is my DTV valid for 5 years after completing the Muay Thai or medical treatment program?

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone who has actually been approved for a DTV can help me clear something up.

I’m looking at applying for the DTV through either the Muay Thai or Medical Treatment route.

My main question is this:

If my DTV is approved and I later complete my Muay Thai programme or finish my medical treatment, does my DTV remain valid for the rest of the 5-year period as long as I continue following the normal DTV entry and stay rules?

Or do you need to continue the Muay Thai programme or medical treatment to keep the visa valid?

I’d especially love to hear from anyone who has been approved through either of these routes and can share their real experience.
